Each ÌJỌBA journal is individually printed to order through our printing partner. Because your journal is made individually, upon purchase rather than mass produced, delivery typically takes 10-15 days. You will receive a tracking number via email.
Absolutely. If you use the box at the bottom of our Tak a Moment page, your response is sent directly to our small team. It is never posted publicly. We treat your personal moments of vulnerability with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
Because each ÌJỌBA journal is printed individually, to order upon purchase, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your peace of mind matters to us. If your journal arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement copy.
